S.S. Karim

by Sandy | posted in: S.S. Karim | 0

SS KarimDuring our last trip to Egypt, Rob and I traveled on the S.S. Karim with Egyptologists Bob Brier, Pat Remler and some other intrepid travelers.  The Karim is the only Victorian steam powered paddle boat, with the original engine that travels down the Nile.  I recently ran across my journal from this trip, blog entries to follow.
